How do I book service?

You may book service online or by calling us at 832-713-4600. However, if you choose to book online, please give us a call before booking. Please note that a deposit may be required when booking a service. All deposits are non-refundable.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

How long does it take to do three rooms?

Normally about 45 min to an hour, but cleaning depends on condition of carpet,

How long does it take for carpet to dry?

Normally 4 to 6 hours and depending on carpet thickness.

Do we move furniture?

No we do not move furniture . We suggest that you remove furniture if you want the area cleaned. If you do not wish to remove funiture, we will go around and under items.

Are our technicians uniform and trained?

Yes, our techinicans are uniformed and trained to provide professional services.

Do you clean area rugs?


Is the Sanitizing epa regulated.

Yes, it is.

What areas do you service?

We service the Houston, Sugarland, Cypress and other Greater Houston areas. We are also happy to annouce that we are now serving New Orleans and surrounding areas.

Cancellation Policy

If you have booked an appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, and need to cancel; we ask that you cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Please note, that deposits are non-refundable.
